Terms of use
The fine print, kept plain.

These terms cover your use of this website, run by Fort Fox LLC (“Fort Fox”, “we” or “I”). By using the site, you agree to them.
Your move has its own terms
This website describes our services in general. It isn't a quote, an offer or a contract. Every move is planned after a walkthrough and confirmed in a written estimate and contract, and those documents, not this website, set out what we'll do, the price, and how your belongings are protected. Household moves within North Carolina are regulated by the North Carolina Utilities Commission, and your estimate and contract follow its rules.
Requesting a walkthrough
Sending the request form doesn't book a date or commit you to anything. Nothing is booked until we've agreed it with you in writing. Please make sure the details you send are accurate, and only send someone else's details if they're happy for us to contact them.
Photographs
Unless a photo shows Anika Fuchs, the images on this site are illustrations of the kind of homes and work we do, not photographs of our clients' homes or our crews.
Our content
The text, logo and design of this site belong to Fort Fox LLC. You're welcome to share links to it, but please don't copy it for your own business.
Other websites
Where we link to another website, we aren't responsible for its content or how it handles your information.
The website itself
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the website. This doesn't affect anything agreed in your estimate or contract.
Your privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. If they change, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
