A moving partner for Triangle real estate agents
Your clients' move, off your plate.
The move is where a good sale can wobble: listing photos around half-packed rooms, a house that isn't empty for the final walkthrough, buyers living out of boxes. I take on the whole transition, so your closing stays on schedule.
Where I fit in your timeline
From listing prep to the first night in the new home.
Before the listing
I help sellers edit and pack what they won't need ahead of photos and showings, and coordinate the painters, cleaners and small repairs on your prep list.
Through to closing
Packing and the move run to dates set around inspection, appraisal and closing. The house is empty and clean for the buyer's final walkthrough.
After the keys
For buyers, I unpack and set up the new home so it works from the first night: beds made, kitchen working, boxes gone.

One point of contact
You'll hear from me, not a dispatcher.
With your client's go-ahead, I'll keep you posted on the dates that touch the transaction: when packing starts, when the house will be empty, and when it's ready for the walkthrough. If something changes, you'll know the same day.
I walk every home before I quote, and every client gets their plan and quote in writing. Nothing is renegotiated on the doorstep, which matters when it's your name on the introduction.
How an introduction works
Three steps, none of them yours to chase.
Introduce us
Use the Introduce a client form, call me, or pass along my details. Whatever is easiest for your client.
I walk the home
I meet your client in person, walk the home with them, and send a written plan and quote.
You stay in the loop
With your client's permission, you'll hear from me on the dates that matter to the transaction.
The Fort Fox Method
Four stages, timed around the closing.
I lead your move from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, and the crew and vendors I bring in carry out the plan we agreed. You will never be handed to a dispatcher, and nobody you haven't been told about will turn up at your door.
Walkthrough
I come to your home and walk it with you, room by room. What matters most, what can't break, which rooms need to work on the first night, and the dates you can't move.
Plan
You receive a written transition plan: what gets packed when, what the home you're leaving needs before handover, where everything lands in the new one — and your quote, in writing, before a single box is packed.
Move
Packing, protection, loading and transport on the dates in your plan. Cleaners, painters and repairs at the old home are scheduled around you, not left for you to chase.
Settle
Unpacked and placed the way we planned it. Beds made, kitchen working, boxes gone. I walk the new home with you before we leave, and anything open is written down and owned.
