I lead your move from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, and the crew and vendors I bring in carry out the plan we agreed. You will never be handed to a dispatcher, and nobody you haven't been told about will turn up at your door.
Walkthrough
I walk your current space and the new one with you. What has to keep running, what's sensitive or heavy, which teams need to be working first, and the days you can't afford to be closed.
Plan
You receive a written move plan by department, room and desk, with a timeline built around your business hours — and your quote, in writing, before anything is packed.
Move
Packed, labeled and moved in the evening or over a weekend, with both buildings' management and your IT provider scheduled alongside.
Settle
Furniture placed to your floor plan and the old space cleared for handover. I walk the new space with you before your team arrives.
